  1. What is Zeekka?

Zeekka is your one-stop-shop for kitchen knives and accessories. At Zeekka, we love to spend time sourcing the best quality and deals for our customers.  Whether you are a professional chef or love spending time in the kitchen, our knives are available at pocket-friendly rates to provide you with an easy buy.

 

  1. Are these knives originally from Asia?

Absolutely! We only source our knives from Asian countries, especially knives that are made from Damascus steel.

 

  1. Can I join as an affiliate?

Yes, you can. To join us as an affiliate, simply visit our affiliate portal to read more and submit your application. We will get back to you as soon as we review your application.

 

Orders

  1. Do I need an account to order a Knife on Zeekka?

You do not need to open a user account before you can place an order on Zeekka. There is a guest checkout feature that allows you to purchase any knife on Zeekka. All you need to do is click the “BUY IT NOW” link on the product page and provide the required billing and shipping information on the checkout page.

 

  1. Does Zeekka sell cooking knives in bulk?

Yes, you can purchase as many knives as possible. All you need to do is select the quantity of a particular knife you wish to purchase on the product page.

 

  1. Do you take custom offers?

Unfortunately, no! We do not take custom offers. All our knives are made according to the designs and material of the culture they represent.  

 

  1. I would like to order more than one product. Can you handle multiple orders at a time?

Yes! There is no limit as to the number of products we can handle at a time. All you need to do is specify the quantity of your order on the product page and proceed to checkout.

 

Payment and Security

  1. What payment methods are accepted by Zeekka?

We accept payment for orders by credit/debit cards (including Amex, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Card, etc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Buyers can pay using any of these options, and orders are processed as soon as payment is received.

 

  1. How secure is my payment method information?

We use an encrypted SSL certificate for 100% security. Hence, all payments on our website are end-to-end encrypted, and only our payment processors have access to any payment method information transmitted through Zeekka. This means that we do not have access to any information transmitted when you pay for your orders. Only our payment processors have access to your payment information, and they only use such information to process your payments.

  1. I got stuck while trying to complete my order. What do I do?

Our website is designed in a way to ease transactions. In most cases  verify if the information (personal and payment details) you provided are correct. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@zeekka.com.

 

  1. Are the prices inclusive of tax?

Yes! All our prices are inclusive of tax.

 

  1. Do I have to pay duties and import tax?

Yes! If your country’s local law requires you to pay certain duties and import tax, you will be responsible for paying such fees. Please, check-in with your local laws regarding duties and imports before placing an order.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  1. How much do you charge to ship an order?

The shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you on the order checkout page. The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and the location of the shipping address. Meanwhile, all orders within the USA are free of shipping cost.

 

  1. Will I be charged a separate shipping fee for multiple orders?

Yes! Each order is treated separately and attracts a separate shipping fee.

 

  1. When will I receive my order after payment?

Delivery time usually takes 10 to 45 business days, depending on the location of the shipping address. Please review our shipping policy for more accurate information on estimated delivery dates.

 

  1. Does Zeekka provide order tracking?

Yes, we do. Kindly give us 2 to 5 days to process your order. We will send a tracking number and link to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

You can always track the status of your order on our tracking page.

 

  1. I did not receive a tracking link after I placed an order. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize for this. If you have not received your tracking link after 5 days, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still did not find it in your spam/junk folder, please send us an email at info@zeekka.com. Our team will be happy to help.

 

Cancelation, Return, and Refunds

  1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

We process and ship out all orders within 5 days of purchase. Please contact us within 24hrs at info@zeekka.com to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.

 

  1. Does Zeekka offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds if you meet the conditions described for returnable items in our Refund Policy. Once we receive your returns and inspect them, we will refund the amount due. Please, review our Refunds Policy to learn about the conditions for returns and other information.

 

  1. How will I return my order?

To return your product, please contact us at info@zeekka.com. Since we operate internationally, we will send you one of our addresses. Please note that ONLY orders received less than 30 days are eligible for a return, and customers are responsible for the shipping cost. Please check our return policy to learn more about this.

 

  1. I received a damaged/wrong cooking knife. What do I do?

We apologize for this. Please, reach out to us via info@zeekka.com to lodge a claim within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will reply with further instructions on how to get a replacement. Please, keep the product proof of purchase and retain the packaging to be eligible for a replacement.
